// Desperado Typography
This was a very open project with the only requirements being that it include typography and be set to a song. I decided to take this chance to start working with video. I liked the idea of using Desperado because the song has an emotion and aesthetic that isn't anywhere else in my portfolio. I really enjoined shooting this assignment because I got to go back home and hang out with an old friend for an afternoon after convincing her to ride her horse up and down the fence for for a few hours. Shooting was a challenge though: I managed to forget to take my tripod home with me.
I learned a lot from this project, but also want to revisit it. I took on a lot using video in this project without having had a class on video editing. I spent a lot of time on google and Video Copilot learning about motion tracking, rotoscoping, and color correction. I am happy with the way it turned out, but there are some craft issues I would really like to go back and address.
