This site was created for my father's photography business in Hilliard, Ohio. I have always been passionate about photography and have learned a lot from my dad so I was excited to do this site for him. This site proved challenging in creating a balance between the differing users of the site. His main clients are high school seniors, however, it is usually their mothers that provide the financial backing. I wanted to use a color pallet and textures that would appeal to the women that would be purchasing photographs, but would not deter a 17 year old student from the studio.
Overall I am very proud of the outcome of the site and am looking forward to continuing work on it. In the future I want to implement a micro site that is marketed entirely to seniors and has different and more interesting interaction. The site will utilize more flash content and a more adventurous color pallet to appeal to a younger audience, while still fitting in with the aesthetic of the current site.
